Erlin Agich is a PhD candidate in political science and an aid worker. Her research interest is in policy-making in complex humanitarian settings.
What makes her passionate about Stella Network? Mentorship has played a pivotal role in both her academic and professional development. Looking back, she came to realize that most of her men-tors have actually been women. Unfortunately, there are many young girls and women in North Macedonia who have not had the support system that Erlin and Stella’s other co-founders have had throughout their studies and careers. And that is how Stella Network was born – a platform that gives girls and women the opportunity to seek mentorship throughout their academic or job pursuits. Erlin is convinced that women who help and support each other will benefit not only women, but also societies at large.
