I currently work as a foreign policy advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia. I have extensive consultancy experience with local governments in Macedonia, and worked with and led different non-government organizations throughout my career. Since 2014 I have been one of the founding members and program directors of the Institute for Research – Impact, carrying to a completion projects connected to digital democracy and good governance. I am also a doctoral student in Political Science at the Central European University, having devoted most of my research and professional engagement to bringing local governments closer to citizens, and researching how international politics affects local democratic and economic development. Being a working mom of an 18-month old boy, I am aware of the necessity for initiatives like Stella, which shed light on the everyday struggles with which women are faced, often having to choose between having a family and having a successful career. This is one of the main reasons why I am dedicated to the mission of Stella.
