I am an Advisor to the Minister of European Integration in the Republic of Kosovo. I am also a PhD candidate at the South East European University and have been a visiting PhD researcher at the Central European University in Hungary and at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy in Germany. My research focuses on good governance and public policy in the context of EU conditionality. As part of civil society, I have previously successfully initiated and led various projects that focused on good governance, EU integration, public administration, anti-corruption, membership in international organisations, and rule of law reforms.

I hold an MA in Public Policy from the Central European University in Hungary, where I were honored as the student speaker of the year, and a BA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. I am a winner of several prestigious awards and scholarships including the DAAD short-term research grant, Open Society Foundations- Civil Society Scholar Award, Central European University Fellowship, Open Society Foundations -Young Professional Development Fellowship, the AUK Excellence Award Scholarship, the IPKO Foundation Scholarship.
