Natasha Dimova is a political scientist, currently working as a Project Officer at the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation in Skopje. Natasha believes that education and mentoring play a crucial role for progress. According to her, women who are educated feel less isolated and have higher self-esteem, and thus fully contribute not only to their families, but also to the whole society. She is keenly aware of the importance of having a mentor and convinced that when you know that someone is behind you, leads you, and helps you, it is easier to make decisions and face challenges. Natasha joined Stella because it is an organisation that brings together many successful and courageous women and contributes to improving the situation in North Macedonia and the region.
